On the day of
the tournament, be sure that you and your students (and any helpers) know
which team members are will participate in each events. Then,
at the time of the event, those students participating in that event
will present the event facilitator a form that has the following information
on it: the name of the team, the name of the event, and names of the
students participating in the event.
To help speed
up things on the day of the tournament, that form is available here as
either a Word or PDF file.
Please print
this form out, make copies, and cut it in half because two forms are on one
page. [If you have these forms already filled out before the tournament
starts it will save a lot of time and busy work.]
Other Reminders
Pizza will be
served for lunch on the day of the tournament. If anyone has any special
dietary needs we are asking that those individuals bring their lunch with
them.
Please note
that in the "Name That Scientist" event students can earn extra points for
their team if that dress-up like a famous scientist of their choice on the
day of the tournament.
